Separate eggs -Â beat whites to stiff peak.
Melt Butter & Choc
Mix sugar eggs yolks / marg – largish bowl
Mix flour and baking power
Sieve the flour into butter / choc mixture
Carefully fold mix into egg white mix
Use 7″ tins
Oven 150C – Gas 2
Cook 25 – 30 Mins. May be faster in a fan oven
