JB Curry ( Coconut Milk )

5tbl oil
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp mustard seed
6 toms
1 tsp fenugreek
440 ml Coconut milk
1 green chille (deseeded diced)

1 hand curry leaves

1 inch ginger grated

3 onions chopped

1 tsp chilie powder

Hot oil, mustard seed to pop. add fenugreek, green chille, ginger and curry leaves. Stir for a minute. Purée onion and add to mix. Cook 5 mins. add chille and turmeric powders. Add toms ( puréed )
Add 2 wine glass water and the coconut milk. Add meat / veg and cook.
